Khris: For those who don't know you give us a little background?
Carymell: Well I have been in the adult entertainment business since 2002. Starting
off with doing amateur website work, then in 2006 I went to Cali to do my first professional mainstream video.
Khris: What was the first video you did?
Carymell: Blane Bryant's BBBW6 was my first video.
Khris: Being a BBW sista in porn is it hard to get work?
Carymell: It's hard for me because I don't live in Cali.
I believe if I was located there then the work would come more frequently. This
is one of the reasons I started my own site.
Khris: What companies have you worked for? Carymell: I have shot for Heatwave video and Channel 69 video; i have also ben
featured on www.wetinthecity.com and www.aclit4u2lick.com.

Khris: Have you done any magazines or web work?
Carymell: Yes I had a layout in the September 2006 issue of Big Black Butt Magazine and they also reviewed my site
in the February 2007 Issue of the magazine.
Khris: I love your website tell people about it?
Carymell: My site is www.clubcarmyell.com I started my site so that I could have control of things that I want to
do. I have tons of galleries and several clips.
I even have what we call the "classic Carmyell" section, where people who join get to see my very first internet work
that I did for the very first site i shot for. This year I am hoping to expand
my clips to include a weekly update with different talent and scenes. So I am
looking for talent who are already established in the business or are pro am who would like to do content exchange.
Khris: Alot of pro-ams have sprouted up on the East Coast what your
opinion on the pro am scene?
Carymell: I believe it is going to continue to grow which I think is good for the east. Not many companies out this way can afford to pay talent what they would make in Cali, so pro am is an excellent way
to get exposure because some of those big companies are watching.

Khris: A lot of sistas are now directing is that something you want
to branch into?
Carymell: Yes eventually I will be branching off into the directing mode. I
already have my own production company Carmyell Apple Production which you will see on my clips because I set up my own scenes
and over see the production of it. I just don't run the camera. So by 2008 AVN, I plan to have my very first full length
DVD for distribution.

Khris: Being a black in porn what is your opinion of the current
state of black porn today?
Carymell: Well from what I can see, it needs a splash of excitement. It seems like it's the same type of scenes with no story line or plot. I know most people will say thats not what I am looking for, but I beleive lots of people would love to
see some type of story leading up to the fucking. I also believe it's time for
new faces to get more recognition. It's always the same 5 or 6 ladies and the same 5-6 dudes. It's time for new talent to rise and
get their just due.
Khris: What's your official website?
Carymell: www.clubcarmyell.com
Khris:
What advice would you give to young men & women wanting to get into
the game?
Carymell: First I would say make sure that
this is something you really, really want to do. You need to weight the pros
and cons of how this will affect your future. You also need to understand that
it is not as easy as it is made to look. You have to work with anyone the director
or producer tells you and you may not even like that person or be attracted to them.
You must be an "actress" or and "actor" in this business.
You have to basically be able to sell yourself to the audience. Also, network, network, network. Eventually someone will give
you a shot. It is also great if you can stay humble. That will get you so much
further in this business, hell, in life for that matter.

Khris:
Did you attend the AVN Expo?
Carymell: I didnt attend this years AVN. However, I heard varying opinions
about so I am a little sad I didnt go.
Khris:
On a diffrent note who's your favorite recording artist?
Wow
this is an open-ended question. I have several that I really like, Mary J, Raheem
Devaugn, Lyfe Jennings, Tyrese, Brian McKnight on the R & B side.
Khris:
I notice that alot of agencies seem to shy away from BBW's how does that
make you feel?
Carymell: It bothers me somewhat, it's almost as if they think that just because you are a bigger lady you cant be
sexy which we in fact know is not true. I think most people think that when they
hear BBW they envision a huge sloppy out of shape person. BBW's come in all shapes,
sizes and forms. Not one is shaped the same.
I have however, noticed that a few companies that NEVER shot BBW's are starting to, so maybe there is hope for the
rest of us.

Khris:
Who are you a fan of porn wise?
Carymell: On the female side I love Cherokee of course, I like Beauty, Jazmine Cashmere and my favorite Kitten; on
the male side I like Byron Long, Devlin Weed, Mr Marcus.
Khris:
Who are you dying to work with?
Carymell: I'm dying to work with everyone I just named actually. I admire their screen presence and sexuality they
exude also.
Khris:
Now if heads wanted to get at you how can they reach you?
Carymell: The easiest way to reach me is to just email me at mz_carmyel@yaho.com.

Khris:
Are you on Myspace?
Carymell: Yes. www.myspace.com/carmyell
Khris:
Do you have an Xpeeps Page?
Carymell: Yes. www.xpeeps.com/carmyell
Khris:
Lastly what do you want to say to your fans?
Carymell: I want to thank them for their love and their continued support of my career. It really means a lot to me.
Also, I would like to let them know I plan to give them something to really talk about this year.
