Khris: Now Ron how long have you've been running Exotic Talent Agency?
Ron E: I have been running a talent agency for 7 years....
Khris: What possesed you to get into the agency game?
Ron E: Watching so many girls trying to get into the business and not
Knowing how.... and the girls in the business being represented by "PIMPS".
Khirs: Now check you're site you have a wide selection of talent on your
roster how do you find them?
Ron E: I have Internet ads all over place and I also have talent scouts
all over the country looking for girls and last but not least from other girls the girls that I already represent constantly
send me new girls...
Khris: On an average how many girls hit you up for representation?
Ron E: On an average I get 25 to 30 new girls that call me monthly....
Khris: Seems like a new agency is launching every other day how
have you been able to last as long as you've had?
Ron E: I have been in this business so long that I have relation
ships with almost evry director and photographer in this business..

Khris: Is it harder to find sistas steady work in Cali?
Ron E: Not at all... This is where 80 of all porn is shot at....
Khris: With the emergence of the East Coast pro am scene have you
ever considered opening an East Coast office?
Ron E: I would love to open an east coast office.... But it just
takes finding the right person to operate it.... the way that I would.
Khris: How do you feel about the current state of black porn as
a whole?
Ron E: I cannot stand it... Thats why I am doing something about
it. By the end of this year I will have over 60 all black websites up that will be partly owened by the talent that I represent....
I want my girls to have something to fall back on when this business overlooks them or slowsdown.....
Khris: What advice would you give to young men & women wanting
to get into the game?
Ron E: First thing that I would say is for the women... You must
enjoy SEX.... entering this business for just the money will put you out of this business as fast as you entered the business...

Directors can tell when a girl is there for the money only and beleive me it shows in you scene.....
For the Guys..... Its really hard.... Even though porn is bought for the girls that are in it .. The Guy is more important...
If a guy cant perform in a scen it will piss of the girl, the director and just make for an overall bad scene....
Khris: Did you attend the AVN Expo?
Ron E: I attend the expo every year.... and I am also in the process
of working on something that will cater to the Black Talent in this business...
